Skabelonloftet is an 80-year-old shipyard loft located atop the former Burmeister & Wain shipyard on Refshaleøen in the Port of Copenhagen. Today, the 1,400-square-meter loft serves as a thriving workshop community for some 60 professional creatives spread across 20 workshops. A place where commercial, artistic, and innovative forces come together.
Skabelonloftet also hosts seminars, conferences, dinners, events, and photo and film shoots.
Studio 19 is available for rent as of August 1, 2026.
Study 19
Studio 19 is 25 square meters, with a large, beautiful skylight and a view through a photography studio of the entrance to the Port of Copenhagen.
The studio is heated by a wood-burning stove and an air-to-air blower (air conditioning + heating).
