Study 1
Studio 1 (145 sqm) – is an artist’s studio, which is evident in the interior design. Studio 1 is used for seminars, conferences, fashion shows, music videos, backstage area during events in the Template Room and much more. The room has a sea view and can accommodate up to 80 seated guests and 120 standing guests.
The study includes:
– Double wooden shutters, facing the sea
– An original crane from the B&W era (for transporting various materials)
– Kitchen access
– A fireplace (additional heat sources can be arranged)
– Electrical outputs of 16 W + 220 V power, throughout the studio
– Meeting setup for up to 80 seated guests at tables and 120 in theater setup
– Standard AV package with projector, screen, speakers and flipcharts
