Company Christmas party at Skabelonloftet

Host this year’s Christmas party at Skabelonloftet, where art, Christmas decorations and the scent of spruce blend together. Your guests can enjoy the view of the entrance to Copenhagen Harbor at long tables illuminated by string lights, candles and a fire in the wood-burning stove.

The evening can begin in the garden at the foot of the iconic staircase of Skabelonloftet, where we light a fire and serve white welcome mulled wine and roasted almonds. Then you move upstairs to the Christmas-decorated long tables, where a 3-course Christmas menu is served. The food is prepared and served by our partners from MundwerkCph and includes beer, water and wine.

After dinner, the Christmas bar will open with three selected signature drinks and we’ll get the dance floor ready for you to dance to whatever you fancy.

How many guests can there be for a Christmas party in the template loft?

The template loft can accommodate parties of up to 120 seated guests at our Christmas decorated long tables. Our venues are ideal for both medium and large companies looking for a private and undisturbed event.

Can we adapt the Christmas menu for allergy sufferers, vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, our regular gastronomic partner, MundwerkCph, tailors the menu to accommodate vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly alternatives. Simply let us know your specific requirements well in advance of your party.

What are the transport and parking conditions on Refshaleøen?

It’s easy for your guests to get to and from the Template Loft. Bus line 2A and Havnebus 992 stop within walking distance of the event venue. For guests arriving by car, there is ample public paid parking on site right in front of the entrance to Skabelonloftet, making logistics easy for all guests.

What is included if you choose the complete Christmas lunch package?

Our complete package is provided as a turnkey solution. It includes venue rental, a welcome with white mulled wine (or other beverage) and roasted almonds by the bonfire, a 3-course Christmas menu with accompanying wine/beer/water during dinner, an open bar with three signature drinks after dinner, and a Soundboks for when the dance floor really gets going.

Facilities

Conference room

Skabelonloftet has a large conference hall with room for up to 150 people. The hall is equipped with modern technology and is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of events. When Skabelonloftet organizes larger conferences, we rent extra halls at the foot of the loft.

Meeting rooms

Skabelonloftet loft has a number of smaller workshops that work perfectly for smaller meeting rooms. These rooms are also equipped with modern technology.

Skabelonloftet ceiling has a stunning view of the entrance to Copenhagen harbor, which can help create a unique atmosphere for your event.

AV facilities

Our custom quote will include a standard AV package. In Skabelonloftet, this includes a projector (+ screen), sound system and flipchart. We rent all extended AV equipment as needed.

Wifi

Wireless internet covers the entire loft. The code is provided upon arrival.

Catering

Skabelonloftet loft offers a wide range of catering options that can be customized to suit your needs. You can choose everything from light snacks and corporate lunches to full dinner service and parties. Our suppliers are all selected based on high quality background, both in terms of produce, ecology and service.

Parking facilities

At Skabelonloftet there is space for more than 200 cars. Parking facilities are through the Easy Park app. The area code is 3735.

There are plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs during breaks on Refshaleøen, with a wealth of possible experiences and activities. The area offers many restaurants and cafés, sauna, sea bathing, street food, galleries, brewery, kayaking, padel, climbing and more.

Access / Stairs

The only access to the Template Loft is via our long iconic outdoor staircase. If you are afraid of heights or have difficulty walking, we refer guests to one of our fire escapes. On fire stairs, the steps are not perforated and there are landings along the way. There is always a responsible staircase guard among our staff who can help guests up and down from the ceiling at any time of the day or night.

  • Double wooden shutters, overlooking Copenhagen harbor and the sea (The Template Room & Studio 1)

  • One glass and one wooden table, with the original drawings from the old shipyard. There are props in the Template Loft that are available for free use during the shoot.
  • Electrical outputs of 16 W + 220 V power, in the different studios.
