Study 5 – Breakout Room and Small Meeting Room on Refshaleøen

Studio 5 is a 40 m² room that is primarily used as an adjacent breakout room or group room in connection with events in the Template Room or Studio 1 . The space can also be rented as a separate meeting room for smaller groups.

The venue is located in the original B&W shipyard and retains the building’s raw, industrial character with original metal windows offering a direct view of the entrance to the Port of Copenhagen. The venue features a fixed meeting layout with seating for up to 12 guests and is equipped with a built-in fireplace and a space heater.

  • Capacity: Up to 12 seated guests (meeting setup)

  • View: View of the entrance to the Port of Copenhagen through original metal windows

  • Comfort: Fireplace and supplemental space heater

  • AV equipment: AV package with a large screen and flip charts

  • Power/Equipment: 16A + 230V outlets distributed throughout the studio

  • Use: Breakout room for the Template Room and Studio 1, or a standalone meeting room for up to 12 people
